In 2020, Oaklawn embarked on a $100 million expansion which included a hotel, meeting spaces, expanded racing, gaming, dining, and sports betting facilities, as well as a world-class concert venue and convention center. Founded in 1904, the racing season at Oaklawn includes the Racing Festival of the South and is a precursor to the Triple Crown.
Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort has a long history as one of the premier Thoroughbred racetracks in the country.
